These park model apartments sleep 4-6 guests and feature separate master bedrooms, living rooms, full bathrooms, kitchens, a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, air conditioning and heating, and access to all the Resort’s amenities such as use of the boat launch, the pool, the clubhouse, complimentary wi-fi, the laundry, the docks, and our white sand beach!

Our cabin sleep 2-4 guests with a full bed and either bunkbeds or an air mattress. They also feature full bathrooms, air conditioning and heating, a small refrigerator, a microwave, access to all the Resort’s amenities such as use of the boat launch, the pool, the clubhouse, complimentary wi-fi, the laundry, the docks, and our white sand beach!

Luxury Cabins
Relax in one of luxury cabins, steps away from Merritts Mill pond! These two bedroom one bathroom cabins are perfect for small families or solo travelers. Your stay in one of these luxury cabins includes full access to the pond as well as all park amenities. Enjoy the fun and thrills of the RV Resort without having to bring an RV!
These cabins will sleep 4 guests on two full size beds. With a full size kitchen, you will be able to cook full meals for the family when you aren’t enjoying the local flavors of Marianna! Enjoy the patio and fish pond steps away from your front porch, perfect for a night under the stars or roasting some s’mores!
